Qigong is moving meditation, the integration of breathing practice with mindful movement to allow your body to relax and your mind to settle. We look for the calm centre enhanced by the breath.
Hi, I'm Sally
I am a Shiatsu practitioner and Qigong teacher. I believe that our bodies need both space and guidance to allow the integration of thoughts and emotions in the understanding of physical symptoms. I try to be a facilitator for that process, through both Shiatsu and Qigong. I really love to see the positive changes that both things bring to people’s lives and health.
