Qigong is moving meditation, the integration of breathing practice with mindful movement to allow your body to relax and your mind to settle. We look for the stillness within the movement, the calm centre enhanced by the breath, through a series of time honoured exercises.
Qigong is also effective for your physical health, improving flexibility, balance and core strength.

I’ve attended a weekly Qi Gong group with Sally for approximately 4 years now. It focuses on mindful slow flowing movements and the coordination of your breathing with these movements. Sally takes the time to fully explain and demonstrate the different exercises and techniques, and is a very patient, knowledgeable and supportive teacher.
After the hour session I feel calmer and more grounded physically, mentally and emotionally and it really helps to set me up for the week ahead.Debbie Hellard
