Shiatsu practitioner and Qigong teacher
I am a Shiatsu practitioner and Qigong teacher and have been part of the world of complementary health since 2003. I have qualified in several areas and continue to explore a number of others. This has come together with my client experiences over the years to inform and enhance my core Shiatsu practice and Qigong classes.
Before moving to Gloucestershire I ran a successful practice for over 15 years, this included being a partner in a complementary health clinic for the last 9 years, running Qigong classes and working with a wide range of corporate clients.
I am a Fellow of the Shiatsu Society (https://www.shiatsusociety.org/) and adhere to their rules, regulations and ethics.
I really love to see the positive changes in people’s lives and health
I believe that our bodies need both space and guidance to allow the integration of thoughts and emotions in the understanding of physical symptoms. I try to be a facilitator for that process, through both Shiatsu and Qigong. I really love to see the positive changes that both things bring to people’s lives and health.
When I am not treating clients or teaching classes I enjoy time with friends and family and exploring this beautiful, newly adopted, local area with my hilarious rescue dog, especially if there is a tea and cake opportunity en route!
